Protein Packed Chana Salad

A delightful sprouts and vegetable 🥗 brings together the goodness of protein-packed sprouts and vibrant vegetables. This nutritious combination not only caters to Indian taste preferences but also promotes digestion, boosts metabolism, and ensures a generous supply of essential vitamins and minerals. How to make ?

Ingredients:

1 cup Chana sprouts
1 cup boiled corn kernels
1 cup boiled peanuts
1 cucumber, diced
2 tomatoes, diced
Fresh coriander leaves, chopped (optional)
Salt ,Chaat masala and pepper to taste
Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions:

Prepare Chana Sprouts:

If you don’t have ready-made sprouts, soak chana overnight and let them sprout. Alternatively, you can use store-bought sprouts.
Boil Corn & Peanuts: Boil corn kernels & peanuts until they are tender. Drain and set aside.

Chop Vegetables:

Dice cucumber and tomatoes into bite-sized pieces.
Assemble Salad: In a large bowl, combine chana sprouts, boiled corn, diced cucumber, tomatoes, and chopped red onion.

Seasoning:

Sprinkle chaat masala, salt and pepper over the salad according to your taste.

Garnish:

Add fresh coriander leaves for a burst of flavor.
Serve: Toss the salad gently and serve with lemon wedges on the side. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the salad before eating for a zesty kick. 🥗
