High Protein Paneer Burger

INGREDIENTS:
(For the marinade )
1/2 cup besan
1/4 cup curd
1/2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tbsp chaat masala
1/2 tbsp garam masala
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp coriander powder
1 tbsp lemon juice
125 grams paneer

For the veggies stuffing
Veggies of your choice (we used baby corn, bell peppers , purple cabbage tossed in some olive oil with chilli flakes and oregano)

Chickpea Spread (comment below for recipe)
