Anti Bloat / Hangover Morning Drink

3 Ingredients Anti Bloat/Hangover Drink

Ingredients:
2 cups water
1 cinnamon stick
1 tsp Jeera (cumin seeds)
1 tsp turmeric powder
1-2 teaspoons honey (adjust to taste- optional)

Instructions:
In a pot, combine 2 cups of water with cinnamon stick , jeera seeds, turmeric.
Bring the mixture to a gentle boil, then reduce the heat to a simmer.
Allow the tea to simmer for 10 to 15 minutes, letting the flavors infuse into the water.
After simmering, strain the tea into a glass or mug to remove the solids.
Add 1 teaspoon of honey to the tea, adjusting the sweetness to your liking.
Stir well and enjoy this warm and flavorful antibloat / anti hangover tea.
