Jain Paneer Tikka

Paneer tikka is perfect evening snack that can be prepared at home on tawa, griller or oven.

Ingredients ✨

150 grams paneer , cut into cubes
1 cup bell peppers (red , yellow , green)
1 cup hung curd
2-3 tbsp gram flour (Besan)
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp haldi powder
1/2 tsp chaat masala
1/2 tsp kitchen king masala
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 tbsp kasuri Methi (dry fenugreek leaves)
1/2 tsp lemon juice
Salt to taste
Mustard oil for shallow frying

Method ✨
- Take a bowl mix everything well add paneer and bell peppers . Mix it well
- “Let it marinate for 1 hour “
- Heat a pan on medium flame , put a tbsp of Mustard Oil and spread the mixture evenly and cook on both sides.
- Serve Hot with Mint Coriander Chutney
